Statistics: Russia’s wage arrears rise 2.2% to 3.2 bln rbl in Oct

MOSCOW, Nov 19 (PRIME) -- Russian wage arrears increased 2.2% in October to 3.209 billion rubles as of November 1, the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement on Monday.

Wage arrears that emerged in 2017 accounted for 564 million rubles or 17.6% of the sum, and arrears that emerged in 2016 or earlier account for 1.076 billion rubles, or for 33.5% of the sum.
